A classic, made properly

Whole almonds. Real chocolate.

The one we built the brand on. A whole almond is roasted until it snaps, then turned in dark couverture until the shell sets smooth and thin — close enough to the nut that you get both in the same bite rather than one after the other.

Couverture, not compound: it carries more cocoa butter, so it breaks cleanly at room temperature instead of going waxy. Nothing is added for colour, and the only sweetness is in the chocolate itself.
